Au début des années 90, j'ai élargi mes simples dessins en faisant mes premiers pas avec l'aquarelle et la peinture à l'huile.

Je n'ai pas vraiment étudié l'art, je me classe donc dans la catégorie

des autodidactes.

Après de nombreuses années, je dirais que mon style est reconnaissable.

Je l'appelle l'art pop minimal.

Bien que je n'utilise que des aquarelles et des peintures acryliques.

Mes aquarelles sont minimales, parfois provocantes et principalement basées sur deux ou trois couleurs.

Mes œuvres acryliques sont très détaillées, mais toujours minimales.

Je veux exprimer le maximum avec le minimum.

J'expose depuis les années 90, pas seulement au Luxembourg,

mais aussi bien au-delà des frontières.

Par exemple à Vienne, Oxford, Sarrebruck, Metz, et pour finir à New York.

Il y a une bonne anecdote à propos de New York. 

Dans une galerie, j'avais trois tableaux, deux avaient été vendus et un avait mystérieusement disparu. J'étais assez contrarié, mais finalement,

je pense que c'est plutôt cool comme situation.

Quelque part dans le monde, il y a mon tableau introuvable. 

J'aime créer, m'immerger dans mon travail, c'est pourquoi j'utilise beaucoup d'art recyclé, de vieux livres, des cadres, etc.

En fait, je dirais que c'est ma drogue...

Septembre 2024, j'ai eu l'opportunité de reprendre la

Galerie d'art de Sainte Alvère.

J'ai toujours rêvé d'avoir ma propre galerie, et c'est maintenant chose faite.

​​​​​​​​​​​​In the early 90s, I expanded my simple drawings by taking my first steps with watercolor and oil paint.

I didn't really study art, so I fall into the self-taught category.

After many years, I'd say my style is recognizable.

I call it minimal pop art.

Although I only use watercolors and acrylic paints.

My watercolors are minimal, sometimes provocative and mainly based on two or three colors.

My acrylic works are highly detailed, but always minimal.

I want to show the maximum with the minimum.

I've been exhibiting since the 90s, not just in Luxembourg, 

but also far beyond our borders.

For example in Vienna, Oxford, Saarbrücken, Metz, and finally New York.

There's a good anecdote about New York. 

I had three paintings in a gallery, two had been sold and one had mysteriously disappeared. I was quite upset, but in the end, 

I think it's a pretty cool situation.

Somewhere in the world, my painting is nowhere to be found.

I like to create, to immerse myself in my work, which is why I use a lot of recycled art, old books, frames and so on.

In fact, I'd say it's my drug..

In September 2024, I had the opportunity to take over the

Art Gallery in Sainte Alvère.

It had always been my dream to have my own gallery, and now it's a reality.
